Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier or international events/customs sorting.
PROGRESS TIME - Orders need 3-12 business days (Saturday and Sunday not included) for processing and then it is shipped! During holidays seasons, orders need 5-15 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing and then it is shipped.
Sizes typically run 1 - 2 sizes smaller than EU/US. Please check product page for the size chart in the description as each product has their own size and measurements in CM and INCHES

Damages/Incorrect Item sent
We always make sure to check every item before it is sent but there may be some mistakes that slip out. Don’t worry as full refunds can be given if the wrong item was sent or the item arrived damaged or we can reship a new one. Please contact us with clear pictures of the damage within 7 days of receiving the item.
Sometimes items run out of stock, we will notify you by email and offer store credits or a refund.
Customer Mistake on Size/Color/Address
Lingerie, swimsuits, accessories, and bodysuits are non-returnable and nonexchangeable for hygienic reasons. Any reflective clothing are non-returnable and nonexchangeable as the material is very sensitive to body oils and would be unhygienic to be resold.
Items that are the wrong size or color on your part may be exchanged as long as you can bear a restocking fee of 15% on the item, return shipping fee and new item shipping fee! Items can only be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact the store if you want to exchange an item. Items must be in original condition; unwashed and unworn.
Please make sure to double check your address before placing your order. Unfortunately if the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the shipping company will destroy your package. The tracking number may update as “return to sender” by default but sadly it will not be returning to us. We cannot refund or reship in this situation. We have many reminders on the site to help avoid incorrect addresses!
Please contact us if you would like to return an item. Returns can be processed if you request within 7 days after the delivery date of your order. Refund for Minor Difference
An item received late, slight color difference or a change of mind will not be accepted for a refund, return or exchange. Some items may have a difference of 1-3 cm from the product description because the factory cannot make every item exactly the same. We cannot refund or replace items because of minor differences!
We do not refund or replace stolen or missing packages that have delivered status on the tracking number history.
I love everything about this wig! The fibers are very soft and good quality and look super natural. I wear this wig so often and nobody ever notices it's a wig. It's also very comfortable!
I really like this wig, but it's a giant pain in the butt to brush. It tangles super easily (it was perfect coming out of the packaging, but as soon as I had to flip it inside out to put it on, it was all messy and frizzy), and the comb it came with snapped when I was trying to brush it. Also there was no wig cap that came with it, only the flimsy little netting that the wig was inside when taken out of the packaging.
I'm not sure if the bangs are supposed to be more in my face, but I situated it a little further up on my forehead. Is it supposed to go lower? It's my first wig! I'm a total newbie. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! (Also, I refuse to use the bobby pins on my own- I got so frustrated trying to use them. Luckily for me the wig sits decently without sliding too much on my head without being fastened or having a cap on. I guess I didn't try it on "seriously" yet, haha.)
The one major thing is, it's nice and thick, long, and it's very close to my natural hair color!
Very nice, although kinda thin. Luckily it matches my natural hair color.
The wig looks and feels very nice. When I showed my friends they said, it felt almost like real hair. Also came with a wig cap and comb.
The cut was nice but the bangs were too narrow and not enough hair.
So it wasn’t thick enough infront and you can see your forehead, which also makes it very delicate and any gust of wind will put it out of place @[email protected]
Other than that, I liked the feel and cut of the hair. Length was perfect.
It is really well produced and fits my head perfectly, but the wig loses quite a few hairs. Overall the color is really nice and the product is high quality.
It was packaged neatly and came with the head cap which was pretty handy as I forgot to get one *luckily it came with it*
I was really happy about the wig as it was the perfect length for me but i had to cut the fringe. But other than that im proud about the product given
